Politique d'utilisation acceptable
Effective date: 2026-09-05 Version: 1.1.0
This document forms part of the Astalias global legal framework. Astalias is an international software and digital-services platform and is not presented as being directed exclusively to any single country. Mandatory rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted remain unaffected.
1. Purpose
This Policy protects Astalias, its infrastructure, customers, third parties and the integrity of hosted, API, account and update services. It does not restrict lawful rights granted by an applicable open-source software license.
2. Prohibited activity
You must not use Astalias Services to:
- violate applicable law, court order, sanctions or third-party rights;
- distribute malware, ransomware, credential-stealing code or intentionally destructive payloads;
- conduct phishing, unlawful spam, account takeover, credential stuffing or deceptive impersonation;
- attack, overload, disrupt or probe systems without authorisation;
- circumvent authentication, usage quotas, payment controls, API restrictions or commercial access controls for hosted Services;
- access another customer’s data, account, license credential or private endpoint without permission;
- upload or distribute content that you do not have the legal right to use;
- use a Service to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, sexual abuse material, terrorist activity or other conduct that Astalias is legally required to prohibit;
- misrepresent Astalias software as regulatory approval, legal compliance certification or an official licence to conduct a regulated activity.
3. Regulated activities
If you use software for gaming, betting, finance, advertising, travel, communications or another regulated field, you must independently satisfy applicable licensing, consumer-protection, age, geo-restriction, responsible-use, tax and reporting requirements. Astalias may restrict hosted services where continued provision would expose Astalias or its infrastructure to unlawful activity.
4. API and automation limits
You must respect documented rate limits and reasonable-use controls. Automated use that creates material risk to service availability, security or other customers may be throttled or blocked. Attempting to evade rate limits by rotating credentials, accounts or infrastructure is prohibited.
5. Security research
Good-faith research must follow the Security & Responsible Disclosure Policy. Testing that risks data loss, privacy harm, persistent access, denial of service or access beyond the minimum needed to demonstrate a vulnerability requires prior written authorisation.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and may rate-limit, isolate, suspend or terminate affected account-based or hosted services when reasonably necessary. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure remediable conduct. Serious security, fraud or unlawful-use risks may require immediate action.
