Liste der Subprozessoren
Effective date: 2026-09-05 Version: 1.1.0
This document forms part of the Astalias global legal framework. Astalias is an international software and digital-services platform and is not presented as being directed exclusively to any single country. Mandatory rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted remain unaffected.
1. Purpose
This page identifies third parties or categories that may process personal information to support Astalias Services. A provider is a “Subprocessor” only when it processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of Astalias in a processor role. Some providers, such as payment processors, may act independently for parts of their processing and are listed here for transparency even where their legal role differs.
| Provider / category | Purpose | Typical data | Role notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing, billing, fraud prevention | Transaction, billing, account and payment-related data | May act as independent controller/business for regulated payment processing |
| PayPal | Payment processing, billing, fraud prevention | Transaction, billing, account and payment-related data | May act as independent controller/business for regulated payment processing |
| Hosting / infrastructure providers | Application hosting, database, storage, backups, network delivery | Account, content, technical and service data as required | Processor/subprocessor where used for Customer Personal Data |
| Email / support providers | Transactional email, support and customer communications | Email addresses, message content, support metadata | Processor/subprocessor where applicable |
| Security / monitoring providers | Logging, threat detection, uptime, abuse prevention | Technical identifiers, logs, security events | Role depends on configuration |
| Connector providers enabled by Customer | Provide a customer-requested integration | Data necessary for the enabled connector | Often an independent third party selected by Customer |
2. Product-specific providers
The exact provider set can vary by product, hosting architecture and enabled connector. Astalias may publish or provide additional product-specific subprocessor information where needed for an enterprise or regulated deployment.
3. Changes
Astalias may add, remove or replace providers as infrastructure evolves. Where a Data Processing Agreement or applicable law requires notice or an objection opportunity, Astalias will provide the required process for material Subprocessor changes.
