Subscription & Renewal Terms

This document forms part of the Astalias global legal framework. Astalias is an international software and digital services platform and is not presented as being directed exclusively to any single country. Mandatory rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

1. Recurring plans

A product is recurring only when the checkout or product page clearly identifies a billing interval and recurring price. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorise the selected payment provider to charge the disclosed renewal amount at each billing interval until cancellation.

2. Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal is processed. The account area or support channel will provide the available cancellation method.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by applicable law or our Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically reverse a charge already completed or create a prorated refund.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal fails, the payment provider may retry the charge. Astalias may place the subscription or related premium entitlement into a past-due or grace state and may suspend premium services if payment is not successfully completed.

5. Price changes

If the renewal price for an existing subscription changes, we will provide notice where required and will not apply a material increase in a manner prohibited by applicable law. Taxes may change independently based on law or billing information.

6. Provider changes

Payment processing may use Stripe, PayPal or another supported provider. Changing payment provider does not by itself change the underlying Astalias entitlement or product rights.
